Alice Home

Executive Summary

Alice Home is a concierge service for luxury apartment living. Each resident of a participating building is assigned a Home Manager who can assist with a wide range of services. The founder of Alice Home came to me with the idea for the company, and a rough sketch of the app he wanted to build. I worked with him to iterate on brand identity, key user flows, information architecture, and UI design. I then built a high-fidelity prototype that he used to secure funding and an engineering team to build it. The service has grown steadily, and the app continues to be the centerpiece.
